Lois and I have traveled throughout Asia.  As I mentioned inn the beginning this was a special trip for me because it included stops in Vietnam, a country I avoided for over four decades.  That said, I'm glad that I went and saw for myself how the country has fared since I left there during wartime.   This past May, we spent 40 days trekking through 11 Asian countries and many different cities.   ALL those many places with the lone exception of Vietnam have dramatically changed over the last 40 years, and the changes have been nothing more than a miracle of biblical proportions.
